MANAD had a two week long capacity building workshop for Board members, management and advocacy committee members.

The training was organised to equip the members with knowledge and capacity in different areas based on the field of responsibility. The training was facilitated by Mr Mpunga of MACOHA and Mr Zakeyu of Montfort College who lined up a number of topics ranging from, CRPD, Disability act, Disability Policy, management and CBR program.

The training was conducted in Mangochi R.G. Park Hotel, where immediately results were recorded by increase in the capacity of knowledge by members from the topics presented.

The training gave opportunity for members to discuss other issues pertaining to the topics and other related issues
